Jenny Moon

Jenny is a level 4 master trainer. Plays netball, believes exercise should always be fun and challenging. Along with her Personal trainer qualification she has qualifications in sports massage therapy, exercise for back pain, Primal Play and many more including Holistic Coach. She believes that exercise should never be a chore. If your not doing some sort of regular activity then you’ve just not found what you love yet. She’s an expert in rehabilitation and loves helping her clients back to full function.

Nicky Blood

Nicky a keen triathlete, has an honours degree and specialisations in senior fitness along side her level 3 Personal trainer and nutrition qualifications. She loves nothing more than helping clients build confidence in the gym and in everyday life. Her goal is to have the positive impact she can on peoples lives,helping them become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves. Age should never define your ability to do anything.

Lisa-Marie

Take an hour to unplug and recharge with Lisa-Marie as she guides you through a series of gentle movements to come back into the body and centre the mind. Her classes are a creative blend of grounding and energising sequences combined with different breathing techniques and relaxation helping you to relieve stress, while also building strength and flexibility. Lisa’s gentle nature and soothing voice will help you to let go of stress and anxiety and her classes always end with a deeply restorative savasana so that you leave feeling calmer and more connected to your body and mind.
